We offer flight training for beginners and more experience pilots alike. We offer Private Pilot Training, Instrument Ratings, Commercial Pilot Training and CFI Certifications with one to one training.

Private Pilot Certificate

Having your pilot’s license is like having a ticket to freedom. The ability to fly high above the world and enjoy new places is now at your fingertips. Living in Tampa, Clearwater or the central part of Florida is one of the perfect places to be with regard to destination choices.

Whether you’re looking for a weekend in Key West (1 hour 45 minutes), a nice trip to the Space Coast (1 hour), the Bahamas (2 hours), or even Savannah (2 hours 30 minutes); Your destinations await you.

Most people end up being stuck locally and not being able to explore what’s around them due to time and distance always being a restricting factor. By having a Private Pilots License, your reach to all sorts of destinations are extended too new lengths.



  • Be at least 17 years of age.
  • Read, write and understand the English language.
  • Obtain a 3rd class medical.
  • Pass a knowledge, oral and practical test.
  • Receive 40 hours of flight training.

Training Aircraft: Piper Archer II

Instrument Rating

For all instrument ratings.

Total Time : Must have logged the following:

A. At least 50 hours of cross-country flying as a PIC, of which at least 10 hours must be in airplanes for an Instrument Airplane rating; and
B. Total of 40 hours of actual or simulated instrument time on the Instrument areas of operation, that includes at least–

With Instructor :
15 hours of instrument training with an instructor in the aircraft category, that includes at least:

3 hours of the instrument training were within the preceding 60 days prior to the practical test; and

1 IFR cross-country flight of more than 250 nm. in the instrument-aircraft rating sought.

Certified Flight Instructor

CFI Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate or ATP Certificate.
  • Must hold a valid FAA 3rd Class Medical Certificate.
  • Be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language.
  • Pass the FAA Knowledge Test.
  • Pass the FAA Practical Flight Test and Oral Examination.
